Steps New York is expanding its Texas footprint with a brand-new store at Houston’s The Galleria. We are seeking energetic and fashion-forward Sales Associates to join our team and create memorable shopping experiences for our customers.
About the Role
As a Sales Associate, you’ll be the face of Steps New York—helping customers find the perfect styles, maintaining store presentation, and supporting all aspects of daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable customer service.
- Meet sales goals through product recommendations and upselling.
- Assist with fitting rooms, restocking, and merchandise displays.
- Keep the store clean, organized, and aligned with visual standards.
- Support inventory processing, price changes, and shipment receiving.
Qualifications
- Minimum age 18; eligible to work in the U.S.
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and team spirit.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred.
- Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
