Steps New York is expanding its Texas footprint with a brand-new store at Houston’s Willowbrook Mall. We are seeking energetic and fashion-forward Sales Associates to join our team and create memorable shopping experiences for our customers.

About the Role

As a Sales Associate, you’ll be the face of Steps New York—helping customers find the perfect styles, maintaining store presentation, and supporting all aspects of daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable customer service.
• Meet sales goals through product recommendations and upselling.
• Assist with fitting rooms, restocking, and merchandise displays.
• Keep the store clean, organized, and aligned with visual standards.
• Support inventory processing, price changes, and shipment receiving.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18; eligible to work in the U.S.
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and team spirit.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred.
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
